Collaborations

Yoga is the path towards Union.  Through Maria Alive Therapeutics I’m working to build strong connections and a community of practitioners who come together to share our knowledge and experience.

I believe we’re stronger and more effective together, and ultimately happier in sharing and communion. My intention is to share the goodness of others whom I feel are providing ideas and services that complement what I offer you.

The Buddhist term Sangha best describes this.  We often use this term in the yoga world as an understanding of how we come together in class and other ways of sharing.  I offer this as a concept of how I present those with whom I collaborate and connect for my work.

The meaning of Sangha is:

  1. Practicing the good way
  2. Practicing the upright way
  3. Practicing the knowledgeable or logical way
  4. Practicing the proper way
