Lalita Seasonal Cleanses

Spring

The “Season of the Sleepy Bear” is the late winter/early spring time when the heaviness of the longer nights, damper weather and the congestion of the earth is felt within us and around us. The Spring season is the best season of the year to cleanse and lighten, shedding old constructs and embracing new ideas and ways of being.

Fee includes:  Three lectures, a comprehensive e-book, a complete cleanse kit with all herbal products and other items needed for the cleanse, daily lengthy emails to guide you thru the cleanse, peer interaction and customized care as needed.

Collaboration Programs

Yoga Practitioner Training (LifeForce)

Guest faculty in the Life Force Yoga training program will teach Introduction to Ayurveda, and Ayurveda and Mood. Participants will learn an evidence-based practice for both depression and anxiety, and ancient strategies from both tantric and classical yoga traditions for self-care.

Ayurveda and Yoga (IYT)

Integrative Yoga Therapy’s advanced intensive program focuses on the relationship between yoga and Ayurveda through an exploration of the five elements, and how all the methods and techniques of yoga serve as vehicles for reestablishing balance within them.  The theme of this program is principles of Ayurveda in yoga therapy.
