“I consider myself to be a lifelong student, especially when it comes to creating welcoming and inclusive spaces. As an Accessible Yoga Ambassador dedicated to trauma-conscious work, I am committed to the equity of all—regardless of ability or background. I envision a world where everyone has access to individual empowerment and collective healing through yoga. My intention is to meet you where you are and accompany you as we discover new ways to be present and connected with yourself and others.”
