Functional Yoga Therapy Extended Payment Plan Agreement

We are able to extend tuition payment for Functional Yoga Therapy Training. A non-refundable registration fee of $400 is already included in this Extended Payment Plan. Payments can be made by cash, check, or Venmo. Additional fees may apply to other forms of payment.

Payment Due Dates will be discussed directly with training participant. If agreed payment is late beyond a five (5) working day grace period, there will be an additional $25 fee due.
