A complete session with Maria includes:  Comprehensive postural and movement dynamics assessment, simple Ayurvedic assessment (pulse, tongue, face, diet) formulation of a treatment plan and teaching its various aspects.  You will receive a folder with your complete treatment plan of action.  The first session will last approximately 75 minutes, while future sessions are typically one hour in length.  Sessions can be in person or via Skype.
