– Practice together & try the 3-Part Mobility Plan – Reassess dorsiflexion together.
– Watch: Single Leg Stand video – assess each other using the “Over-
pronation/Over-supination*” protocol and recheck single leg stance.
NOTE: *page 28 in manual for protocol
– Watch: Overhead squat video – assess each other (see also p. 28 manual). Then do the therapeutic protocol together (powerpoint slides 14&15). Reassess each other again.
– Watch: Thoracic Rotation Videos (one is for standing/one is for seated). Assess each other

Homework:Tomorrow morning’s practice before class: check pulses upon waking, check tongue before tongue scraping, mug of hot water, garshana, oleation. For movement practice, consider watching short Rolling Patterns Video and follow along. Before you do the rolling patterns, try single leg stand or another balance pose noting sensation, balance, etc. After doing the rolling patterns, wait just one minute, then try your balance pose again. Is there a di”erence?
