10am Maria:  Lecture – Understanding Gait & Assessing Large Movements – Break into pairs and assess – start with checking hip heights virtually. – Q&A
Noon-1pm Lunch Self-inquiry question:  What behaviors have I learned or taken on that have directly affected my Posture for good or bad?
1pm-1:20pm Yoga Nidra: Emily
1:30-3pm Assessing & Treating Large bodied people – Michelle Bowles, C-IAYT
3:15-5pm Maria:  *Advanced Assessments part 1– Use of Manual & Reference to short videos Discussion of finding issues in your own posture. *Each Advanced Assessment segment with Maria:  includes virtual assessing, live assessing or referral to manual and video, and experiential with students working on each other virtually.
