Required Course Materials: Maria Alive Ball Kit Please review and acknowledge the following:*

I understand and acknowledge that a therapeutic ball kit is required for participation in this training and is not included in the cost of tuition. Students must either purchase a MariaAlive Therapeutics ball kit or obtain/build a comparable therapeutic ball set similar to the MariaAlive Therapeutics ball kit prior to the start of training. I understand that I am fully responsible for obtaining these required materials before the training begins.

Required Ball Kit Materials Include: A 5” myofascial therapeutic ball, slo-mo ball, and foot/hand/jaw kit (3 myofascial balls and 2 thick rubber bands), or a comparable therapeutic ball set.
